We will be kicking off this inspiring and challenging 6 week study “Jesus’s Farewell Message” by Francis Chan starting on September 26.
Do you know Jesus? It’s one thing to know facts about him, but to experience his love, wisdom, and guidance in your life is what it means to follow him. On the night before he was crucified, Jesus invited his disciples into a deep relationship with the triune God—and his invitation stands for us too. Our group is meeting weekly on an informal basis through the summer. In mid- to late-September we will return to Week 4 of our study on Women in the Bible and the God of Grace, using the book, Daughters of Grace, published by The Daily Grace Company.

You are invited to join this new ladies’ group on Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30am in Pelham, NH, to develop friendships with other Christian women in an informal and relaxed setting. You can expect to find connection, support and encouragement through our shared faith, regardless of where you are in your Christian walk or season of life. We will open with a short devotion and then let the conversation flow.  
 
Feel free to come as you are and come when you can -- we know how busy life is. There’s no need for makeup or fuss; just throw on some sweats and a hat, grab a cup of coffee and head on over!  No time to make coffee?  No worries -- I’m in a season of life where I can make one for you, so just come (and, being a coffee drinker is NOT a requirement)!  There is no better way to start the day than conversation and prayer with your sisters (Note: childcare will not be available at this time). This group is studying the book of Ephesians using the excellent study guide developed by Max Lucado. Group members will experience growth in God's word, prayer, discipleship, and simply getting to know our Savior on a deeper level.

Those who attend will also have an opportunity to learn the steps it takes to lead an effective small group and will be given the opportunity, if desired, to serve through facilitating and serving hands on with others. Derek will be there to help along the way and look forward to seeing how God will shape all of us to become loving, faithful, and bold disciples for His glory.

We've all heard that Christians are living in a "spiritual battle." What does that mean? How does that play out in my life? We will search for the answers to these questions in a book study of The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis (free audiobook available on Spotify). This masterfully created narrative opens the Christian's eye to the seemingly minute coincidences in life that are actually purposefully constructed temptations (the Bible calls them "doctrines of demons" 1 Timothy 4:1). We will be reading, or listening,  throughout the week on our own time, then coming together to discuss on Wednesday evenings.
